I was appreciative about paying this amount for a tow hitch but that immediately went out the window when I first towed the boat , it was a total different feel through the car , no bounce , before it felt like the boat was controlling the car now it feels positive and safe

The hitch has just been tested and performed well. Still a little stiff for my application at this stage.

This hitch is brilliant. Took all the bounce out of the back of my Chev 2500HD, and stops the van getting shaken up, have probably done 12,000kms since buying it. the only complaint, and many others have noticed this too, is the left to right slop in the back of the hitch, as the rear parts slides on the bolts that hold it on. Chris has sent me a shim kit, and I am lucky to have the tools to do the job, many wont have them, a bit disappointing for the price we pay for these. Once the shims were fitted, took me about 15mins to do, almost all the slop was gone. These should all have these kits fitted from new. I appreciate the kit, but we should not have to do it ourselves, or have to take it somewhere to have it done.
